Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Stash is created and operated by Miodrag Milosevic, an individual developer, not a registered company. These terms govern your use of the Stash website and browser extension. References to "Stash", "we", or "us" mean Miodrag Milosevic. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
For support or questions, contact miodragmilosevic96@gmail.com.
1. Using Stash
Stash is intended for users worldwide, where use of the service is permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country remain unaffected by these terms.
Stash helps you save and organize links with collections, tags, notes, and images. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Provide an accurate email address, keep your login details secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2. Your content and privacy
You retain any rights you have in the content you save or upload. You authorize us to store, retrieve, and process that content to operate Stash, including fetching page metadata and preparing previews. You must have the right to upload your images and other content. Saving a link does not give you ownership of the linked website or its content.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use Stash for illegal activity or upload content that infringes another person's rights.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or data, bypass access controls, or distribute malicious software.
- Do not abuse the service with requests or automated activity that disrupts it for others.
4. Free and Pro plans
The Free plan currently includes up to 100 saved links. Where paid subscriptions are available, Pro includes unlimited saved links, link preview images and custom image uploads. The listed price is $1.50 per month or $12 per year; the final price, currency, applicable taxes, and billing period are shown at checkout before you purchase.
Paddle acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout and handles payment processing, billing, and applicable sales taxes. Those transactions are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
Mobile subscriptions are purchased through Google Play on Android. Store-localized prices, billing periods and purchase terms are displayed before confirmation. RevenueCat verifies purchases and restores Pro access to your Stash account.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel through Settings → Plan when the subscription portal is available, through the link in your Paddle receipt, or by visiting Paddle support. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro normally remains available until the end of the paid period. After Pro expires, saved links remain accessible, but you cannot add links above the Free plan limit.
For Google Play purchases, manage or cancel your subscription in that store. Refund requests are handled by the corresponding store under its policies and applicable consumer law.
Request refunds for web purchases through Paddle support. Eligibility is governed by the Paddle Refund Policyand applicable consumer law. Cancelling a subscription does not itself request a refund. These terms do not remove any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights.
6. Export, deletion, and account closure
You can export your saved links in Settings and delete your account there. Account deletion removes your account and associated saved content from the active service and cannot be undone. Account deletion cancels your web subscriptions through Paddle immediately before removing your account. Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled through Google Play; account deletion does not cancel them. Cancellation does not itself request a refund.
We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security risks, or breaches of these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to contact us.
7. Availability and external websites
We aim to keep Stash available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and linked websites may change or disappear. We do not control or endorse those websites. Keep your own exports of content that matters to you.
8. Responsibility and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stash is provided on an "as available" basis, without a guarantee that it will meet every particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email before taking effect where required by law. If you do not accept revised terms, you can stop using Stash and export or delete your account. For questions or disputes, contact Miodrag Milosevic at miodragmilosevic96@gmail.com.
