Delete your Stash account

You can request deletion of your Stash account and saved data without reinstalling the Android app.

Delete your account yourself

On the web, log in, open Settings and choose Delete account. In the Android app, open Settings and choose Delete account. Confirm the permanent deletion when prompted.

If you cannot sign in

Email miodragmilosevic96@gmail.com from your account email with the subject “Stash account deletion request”. We will verify account ownership before deleting anything. Never send your password or payment card information.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your sign-in account, saved links, notes, tags, collections and uploaded images from the active service. Export your links first if you want a copy. Deletion cannot be undone.

Payment providers may retain transaction records for their legal obligations. Limited security logs and backup copies may remain until the configured retention period expires; they are not used to restore an account you have asked us to delete. Contact us for details about a deletion request.

Subscriptions

Web subscriptions are canceled through Paddle as part of account deletion. For a subscription purchased in the Android app, cancel it in Google Play subscriptions; deleting your Stash account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancellation does not automatically request a refund.
